- localdev fixes (/fixes Unable to deploy UI #1923)
- Default to adding timestamps in the UI
- show the healthcheck body for last failed healthcheck on a failed task in the top banner
- separate ids/active endpoint
- don't auto-refresh task history listing
- fix utilization page load
- better pagination/filter for s3 logs listing
- revisit ordering of task history when fetched from zk + sql
