There's an enemy spawn at the top of the stairs (in my experience, has always been a Sniffer Dog) that has the enemy stuck inside the stairs floor. It is spawned sideways, which means it can't get out of the floor, and can't be normally hit by weapons or guns (the overhead swing with some melee weapons might sometimes hit it) but then it can't be stomped on to finish it. It can consistently hit the player, though, which can chip away damage fast while the player tries to deal with the other enemies in the stairs.
Is this related to how some player animations can glitch out when entering this room?

Most likely, this room and only this room seems to explode certain things for a reason I haven't figured out yet.
I will try to figure out what is causing this and if I can't fix it, I'll just disable whatever randomizer feature is bugging out this room for this room only.
