Automatically apply a role when user joins server

In one of my servers, I have a role I'd like to be applied when a user joins.

This is the only thing stopping me from ditching other moderation bots

As an addition to this, the role should have the option of being applied after X amount of minutes to ensure that people who join don't immediately get to bypass membership screening or the 5/10 minute wait timers.
