Folder to contain extra shareable scripts

This scripts folder will be used for non ansible scripts that can be shared within teams or across teams

sub folders

Team	Comments
common/	scripts that could be use across teams
content-devops/	used by content devops team
etc.../	add your teams folder as applicable
