IBM Common services fails to install because of missing ibm-cpp-config. It was working with OpenShift 4.10.

May I ask that what version of CS you are installing?

Could you help to open an issue on Enterprise Github under repo https://github.ibm.com/IBMPrivateCloud/roadmap?

@Daniel-Fan you can find more details on the linked issue of ibm-mas. I don't have access to IBMPrivateCloud repo.
