How does Instana report back to management to update the instana server?

@jahruhn Instana do not need to report back to management for information, but clients can always login to ArgoCD UI and check the status of all of the components installed by gitops.

If there are any errors/issues, clients can create a PR to fix. After the PR was merged, gitops can be triggered either manually or automatically to pick up the changes and apply in to the instana cluster and apply the changes.
