Yosemite 10.10.5 working except for UI issue in network view & Maps

So it seems the app is works fully but some of the UI for the network view and won't let me resize and it won't auto fill when you shrink or expand the window. I was wondering where would I need to go to in the source to edit this? I would like to fix this and i'm new to developing in Xcode. What class do I need to look at to edit the interface and maybe fix this UI problem in the Network list view.

the issue for the mac seems that the zooming and moving disappears when you try to move around on the map and it stays very pixilated when you zoom in. Is it supposed to only be a basic world map or is it supposed to zoom in closer as you get in close to different locations?
