Check whether the selecting order of operations questions work properly + have an option “other” where a person can describe a more complex procedure.

Copied from Suzy who opened a duplicate bug: Hope we can figure out a way to leverage the data input to facilitate completion of this section. Eg. a button to Auto-populate text answers from above questions (like in the PDF (in the default Q order), so a person can manually arrange into a list. As a stretch goal, could create a drag-and-drop interface where each named process can be dragged into a sequence.

In this version, this is resolved in the simplest way by asking people to report their order of steps in an open-ended question. In the future, we can think of better ways such as selecting entire steps from a menu, which will allow stuff like having an unlimited number of artifact removal decisions, multiple filters...
