Temp idea from Suzy: By filling in this form you agree for the information you share to be stored in the current system [location data]. Usernames and affiliations will be archived as they appear in this form. Emails will be used only to verify identity (i.e., check for uniqueness), and allow you view inputs from your previous sessions, and inform you of changes to the service agreements. Information about critical changes to the app will be available on the app web interface, along with information about how to join a community for regular information updates. If you opt for your template to be ‘public’, other users of the system will be able to browse data entered into the template. If you opt for your template to be private, only system admins will be able to view your data, but will only do so for technical support. Your data will not be shared outside these limited purposes. + This is still a beta version of the web-app. In general we will support your rights under GDRP to the best of our ability, and we will post the terms of use soon.
