Local cleanup for the Duplicate DvObjects issue #52

This is a companion issue to IQSS/dataverse#6522.
The cleanup of the affected datasets has been done in largely non-destructive ways, but a few dataset authors still need to be notified about some lost data.
Will link a doc with the info.
