UI: Update Support link in nav bar to go to general support page on thedata.org. #160

Support (This will link to general support for Dataverse)
This will link to a page on thedata.org (thedata.org/support was suggested) and will have the user guides and support options (Google group, email form for RT, etc)

The Support link in the navbar has been added, and is now a dropdown, with one option "Report Bugs + Community" to go to the general support landing pg at thedata.org/support, and another option "User Guides" that link to the guides locally in the dataverse app.
