Code cleanup: look for places where we should have cascade delete for relationships #1620

For example - Dataverse --> Links; dataverse -> roles, etc. (we may not want some as cascade delete, but we should investigate the cases and see for where it is valid).

I'm closing this issue because it's quite broad as written and we already have "smaller chunks" issue like #1929 open.
