Зачем?
Для успешной и безболезненной миграции на webpacker необходимо провести рефакторинг стилей приложения.

Что нужно:

Удалить neat #214
Удалить bourbon #215
Перейти на подход 7-1
Удалить float (да, они есть :D)
Удалить поддержку font-awesome чтобы уменьшить размер бандла
Оптимизировать поддержку мобильных устройств и проверить актуальность текущих значений breakpoint
