Background
Control Center allowing deployment of computational services for local or cloud execution and providing monitoring (progress, messages, errors) of ongoing/completed jobs.

Definition of Done

• Control Center section in oSPARC (part of the dash-board or dedicated page)
• Option when executing a pipeline, where to run/queue it (is that even possible, or does the decision need to be made earlier, when starting the service?)
• Present in the Control Center, which jobs have been completed, are waiting, are progress
• Allow to access a log of messages related to a job
• Tools to help trace source of failures, crashes (devops support), and to track resource use
