[ZVM] Auto boot virtual machines on boot OS #147

As explained in the title, machines should be able to boot automatically when the Zima OS reboots.

Proxmox adds also a "delay time" to avoid all machines boots at the same time (this could be something great, but optional).

CorrectRoadH assigned CorrectRoadH, LinkLeong and ETWang1991 and unassigned CorrectRoadH
