Some packages not shown

I considered it was better to open this as a Question instead of as an Issue.

I've been having issues with some packages not showing in the list, and I got sure they appeared in npm website.

For example https://www.npmjs.com/package/effect. I'm learning this library and every time I intend to make a new project and install it, I have to stop for a few seconds and remind myself to use pnpm add effect instead of using the extension.

How is this extension fetching the packages?
Is this a bug?
Do I need to configure something?
