Customize the tab or layout as per attachment

Current Behavior

If you observe the layout attachment, we have 3 column layout.
Each column have different tab styles as described below.

Expected Behavior

we need to have different tab styles for left, right columns and different for middle layer. (Refer support ticket C-00221506)

Describe the solution you'd like

Is there any way we can add CSS from layout config to the "documentHost" like something below, so that we can have full control on layout to customize it. (tab level, stack level)
