Custom background color does not apply #679

Description

The custom background color is not applied.

Go to one of our samples and check the button background color.
Should be the custom color and yet it is blue.
Check the AB-generated attached sample. Raised buttons custom background is not applied.

Expected

Side Note: Check the button disabled state as well as it will be either related or a separate issue.
