Additions to the goal setting screens

Hi @nogainbar, @ivanmauricio et al!

Following discussion earlier and with my colleague just now, please could you do the following:

• Keep the 'technique' carousel options as they are (don't add an "other" option)
• Keep the option of amending goal/adding a new goal. Please add a sentence on the "are you sure" screen before they change their goal saying "Remember you can always contact the DISCOVER team to help you set your new goal, or if you have any questions"
• Please add an option to select how long they will work on the goal for, with the text:

How long will it take for this goal to be achieved?

Carousel options:
1 month
2 months
3 months

• Please also add one more screen in the goal setting options, which will also appear in the goal summary page:

Who will support you with your goal?

Carousel options:
A friend
A teacher
A parent
A family member
DISCOVER team
Myself!
