Availability wording removed

Can we remove the wording on this home page that currently reads:

This service is available Monday-Friday 10am-2pm

We are currently looking to change the times that the chat is live due to staffing shortages so this will be different to the times currently stated, think it is easier to just remove this completely if possible

I can easily remove this, however there are other features of the site that are based on your times.

• the image in the bottom right changes between online and offline depending on the time of day
• the homepage the user sees differs depending on if the chat is in hours or not

How do you want to handle these other issues?

Hi @lucymk are both of those things linked to the availability time set on Crisp as I know this can be changed on the Crisp settings or are they coded separately?

e.g if we change the time settings on Crisp will that change the image automatically?
