Suggestion to use the SHACL description of the collection to extract the member URIs.

Extract subjects that are named nodes
Fetch triples (recursively) that are attached to the subject (other related objects can be embedded in the member)
Validate with SHACL shape
If not validated, use existing algorithm that uses version of path and timestamp path
