Add a GitHub Action printer

For large test suites finding an error in the middle of the output is not optimal as one needs to scroll through all the logs to find the error.

On a local machine the printer adds markers when used inside iTerm. A similar approach should be used when run inside a GitHub Action to quickly jump to each error.

GitHub exposes a set of commands that may help accomplish that
