When uploading document to more sites than are shown in the virtual scroll the document isn't attached to sites as virtual scrolling happens

The immediate attachment of the document is not happening to sites not inside current virtual scroll view. Once the Flow runs they are attached correct but users might think its not occurring at all.

To reproduce select more than 10 sites
Upload file
once upload is complete scroll so virtual scroll loads 10 more
