Since the Open Transit project was the very first hackathon and project undertaking for our little organization back in early 2022, it seems appropriate to kick off Agile for Volunteers project methodology here.
Please visit our own Howto docs to learn more about Agile for Volunteers as we have designed it:
Agile for Volunteers
We are making use of Agile Epics, User Stories, and Tasks, tracked in the GitHub Issue system!
All Overview (ov-) Repositories, like the ov-open-transit repo, hold the Epic and Story issues and will point the way to implementation Tasks associated in particular repos. Rather than tracking code and implementation in an overview repo (No Code in Overview Repos), we track the implementation per repo and make these visible in the appropriate GitHub Project.
Piece of cake? We are just getting started, here.
