Get configuration file, if not found, install daemon using .deb package and exit.
Halt appCataloga daemon using cookie file.
List files in a node /mnt/internal
Compare files in the node with lists "due_backup" and "backup_done".
Update "due_backup" file.
Reset last_backup_cookie
Release node.
List files in the server repositories (TMP, TRASH, REPO)
Connect to appCataloga server and list files in the RFDATA BPDATA
List discrepancies
Propose fixes to user and perform if agreed upon.
