Why

As a user, I want to be able to see the on chain transaction details.

What

Under the proposal provide link button that displays a modal with on-chain transaction details.

Displayed card should include Copy button.

That ticket should be removed as the requirements from the description cannot be met as the designs have changed completely and the displayed card after pressing the button is no longer existing.

The current status of the on-chain data is just displaying the on-chain data below the off-chain data:
