Occurred on test-sancho with demos 1.8 wallet.

To reproduce:

  1. Go to DRep exploler
  2. Delegate to a DRep, observe card will move to the top.
  3. Reload page after 3 minutes - walltet will connect
  4. Watch - after while the delegation transactions is reported to be failed (4:02 min. Jam record). - but in fact it seems to be OK delegation is retained.

Jam recording here, error - delegation failed occurs in 4:02 min.
