Add support for A4 page size

Currently, all generated invoices use the US Letter page size (216 × 279 mm). This is perfectly fine when only used digitally, but it can cause problems with printing, especially with multi-page invoices, in countries where the default paper size used is A4 (210 × 297 mm).
Please consider adding a page size option.
