Can't Automatically Place Specialty Vault Rocks on Vault Altar

Describe the bug
Regular vault rocks can be auto-placed on vault altar using a modular router, but the plunderer's and warden's vault rocks can not.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Vault Altar equipped with altar conduit, and modular router placed 3 blocks above the altar
2. Security Upgrade (targets self) and Activator Module (down, right-click, look-level) added to router
3. Vault Rock manually placed in router buffer (WORKS)
4. Plunderer's or Warden's Vault Rock manually placed in router buffer (DOESN'T WORK)

Expected behavior
Specialty vault rocks should behave the same as regular ones, being place-able on the altar via a modular router.
