[BUG]Can't rename "Mirador viewer" block #35

What steps does it take to reproduce the issue?

Add the mirador viewer block to the site. The title of the block is "Mirador Viewer".
Use the block configuration page to change the name of the block to somethign else, e.g. "Book Viewer".
See that the title remains "Mirador Viewer", even after cache is cleared.

This is likely caused by this line: 1b1c312#diff-0fb1846207aee389ead2a8af4711c6ecb05bb5ff4aa30738015902eb7002838dR113

What did you expect to happen?
I expect that a public-facing title can be edited by admins.

Which version of Islandora are you using?
2.9.0
