To be FSE ready navigation components need to be deleted, for now they are deprecated.

Pager::class -> deleted, used wp:post-navigation-link
Pagination::class -> deprecated -> FSE compatible wp:query-pagination and in works only inside the query block, for now the class is maintained
LinkPages::class -> deprecated -> FSE will integrated wp_link_pages for now there is a bug in FSE: WordPress/gutenberg#29484

For the Navbar I will open aother isssue.
