You must have Visual Studio 2010 Professional (read: not express version) in order to compile this.

Download and build Qt 4.7.3 (4.8.4 might work too)
Download the Qt add-on for Visual Studio 2010
You will need the following dependencies built using the Visual Studio command prompt:

Qscintilla
Qt Solutions: Property Browser
