Note: Two potential implementations strategies:

Use API Gateway to manage PUT operation, as was done in Assignment 2.
Use Cognito to allow signed in users to upload images, see: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/42306103/upload-to-amazon-s3-with-amazon-cognito-login
