Design decision for plain enum

This thread includes the decided decision for plain enum.

Decided

• Enum is a frozen, non-extensible normal object
• Enum is a Declaration
• Support number, bigint, string, boolean and symbols.
• Support bitflag pattern

Decided NOT TO DO

• Allow duplicated keys
• Hoistable declarations

To be decided

• Can be inlined by toolchain (compressor/compiler)
• Extending a current enum to add more cases
• Mix different types in the enum value (e.g. number + string + symbol)
• Reverse mapping
• Computed key
• Computed value
• Autoincrement in bigint and number
• Avoid syntax collision with flow.js and TypeScript
• Default member type (number, string, or symbol?)
• Have [Symbol.iterator] on the enum object
