What is wrong with my svg?

I created the following svg and use the center rectangle as bin.

When I upload the attach file, the tool gives me s.th. like this:

This can be right - the tool shows that all 10 parts have been placed but this seems not correct

ok i found out by downloading the svg that it containes two bins - the first one containes 8 shapes and the one that is shown on the interface is the second one containing only two.

However, why does the algorithm use two bins? can i restrict the process to use only one bin?
