This is another attempt at fixing #141, ureq has changed the internals and the specific error is no longer there so it might be that this was incidentally fixed as part of the internal rework.
For sanity, this also adds a basic HTTP retry mechanism for UnexpectedEOF errors, which can be set by
--http-retryorXWIN_HTTP_RETRY. Defaults to 0.
