Instead of :
public static setDebugMode: (id: number, mode: number) => any = Module.getLogLevel;

Should be
public static setDebugMode: (id: number, mode: number) => any = Module.setDebugMode;

In ./src/artoolkit/ARToolKit.ts r:68
