Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. install jans rpm jans-nightly-build-1.0.7-el8.x86_64.rpm
  2. restart VM
  3. check for all jans services using
    sudo systemctl list-units --all "jans*"
  4. See error

Expected behavior
all services should be running but some services are down
