bit of a funny probably unintended thing, if a server host promotes someone else to admin and then the new admin bans the host, the host is permanently banned from hosting any server until they go and delete the bans.txt file
the message you are banned from this server is displayed on any character and any world
banning the host shouldnt be an option probably
