Characteristics for Fibaro Wall Plug (Homekit version)

Hello! Iäm running Home Assistant and just got two of these. Was a little dissapointed that a few settings were not available and most importantly no Power Reporting. So, here I am willing to do what it takes (within my competence) to get this supported.

I assume that at least you need some Characteristics, so here's what I've been able to verify at this time.
Any other information/changes needed, let me know!
