Use this issue to discuss and prepare for a Pass1 production reconstruction and analysis of a roughly 1% portion of the data taken during 2019 and 2021.

An updated detector for the 2021 run, HPS_Run2021Pass1_v3, was introduced at the collaboration meeting. Details can be found at:
