Updated Rider to 2024.2 along with the Azure Toolkit update to 4.0, and now I can't sign in to my company's Azure subscription. Have tried the various ways of signing in (OAuth 2.0, Device Login), and nothing works. I just get a bunch of java exceptions.

I'm having the same problem here. After updating, I can't sign-in and can't deploy Azure Functions to Azure.
When I try to sign-in into Azure (Tools>Azure>Sign In...", I'm having the following error:

Azure: Failed to load subscriptions. Exception java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Unable to locate JNA native support library [in thread "JobScheduler FJ pool 0/11"].

Here is the issue about the Unable to locate JNA native support library error: #884.

Regarding the deployment configurations, unfortunately yes, the new major version of the plugin has some breaking changes (since it was rewritten from scratch) and the old deployment configurations no longer work.
