How to limit the number of running copies of an application to one?

May be I'm searching bad but didn't find any info about the way to limit number of running apps.
This guide doesn't cover that thing.
If application and copy has access to same data it'll provoke conflict.

You can use Korge4 korio, and make your app create a temp file indicating it's open, so any other instances know about others, and will close automatically. You can use korio's tempVfs , to write to temp dir of the system. To write a file for ex. you can use tempVfs["exampleFile"].writeString("hello from korio")
