flutter dx (development experience): leasen for kotlin and compose

for now the similar project to compose-multiplatform is flutter

the good stuff exist in kotlin and compose world but just for someone that has good experience at coding

the one solution is insert enough doc
like:
"how make multiplatform things"
"managing resource file"
"online app"

and some wanted feature for kotlin/compose:

• hot reload
• build script
  • simpler and focused build script ( yes also have advance feature but clean, or some visual panel to control building Hierarchy )
  • simple add library ( sometime should go to three place )
• main info place
  • a main site compose-multiplatform ( out of android, i dont know your plans )
  • a place for lib (like pub.dev)
