Project Initilization

The basic UI of the project has been set, and the initial creating of references in FireBase I have working, but there is more work to do. The back-end link is broken at the moment while I build out off-line ability and then customizing the FireBase connections. Here is a list of things we are working on.

• Logo - {Favicon&logos} Please Provide Enhancements ( if this is your area )
• UI, Master Page Layout, Notification, Pop-Up Window, Form Validation
• CSS & Scripts needed to render Functioning Prototype
• Application Installable { npm }: Tested working in Linux Mint 17.3

All in all this is a simple application, but there is a bit of work left to do to get everything functioning for what this project is trying to accomplish.

## The Goals:

• Cross Platform -x
• Minimal tray application to quickly store and manage references & then get out of the way until needed
• Fetches Data from web sources to expand dataset
• Exporting data for consumption in other endeavors
• Bulk Imports for backlogging what drove me to build this application
• System Boot=>Start(Reference Logger)
• Installable from apt-get && the software manger for the publicity!
• Linkable(URL's) to RefID for sharing and utilizing refs in other web assets.
