Missing line break while merging two paragraphs #1461

Describe the bug
After pressing [DELETE] on the last line of the first paragraph, the second paragraph is merged incorrectly to the last line of the first paragraph.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Write a line of text
  2. Split the text into 3 parts using [SHIFT+ENTER]
  3. Go to start of the second line
  4. Press [ENTER]
  5. Go to end of the first line
  6. Press [DELETE]
  7. Text of the second line is now on the first line

Expected behavior
Text of the second line should be below the first line.
