Не сохраняются настройки email-нотификаций и\или они не восстаналиваются после перезагруки страницы\переключения вкладки меню.

Как воспроизвести:

Переходим в настройки.
Убираем произвольные галки, жмем Save.
Переключаемся на любую другую вкладку, возвращаемся обратно - отмечены все галки.
