[Feature Request] Make the main command configurable

Since this plugin's main command is to be used by players as well as admins (to toggle the swear filter etc.), the command that is used to interact with the plugin should be configurable. This is because /mcsf isn't really an intuitive command name for players to toggle the swear filter. As server owners, we should be able to change it to something like /filter or /swearfilter etc.
