Any possibilities to add vertical slides?

I think it could be done, the same Idea just working off the Y axis instead of X.

im new to nativescript, i'm willing to do some code changes if i can understand the structures. any guides on which code to look at? or if you can make the code changes, please do attach to this ticket, later i'll try to improve the plugin.
