#50 removed all CI for docker and link checking.
Options to fix:

  • Migrate this tutorial into devhub itself, no longer stand alone. Checked with all, and translations would be included solving Update Chinese Translation #57
  • Deprecate any docker builds here, in favor of only Polkadot launch as the "fast" way to get going with templates and local test networks.
